Returns and complaints



You can return the products without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment. To do this, please send your return package to us at:

1. The package must be accompanied by a completed return form (downloadable here: Return form).

2. The parcel should be properly secured, the cost of return is covered by the customer himself.

3. Returns without the form attached will not be processed.

4. The invoice correction will be reduced by logistics costs.*

5. We do not exchange products - to receive a different product, you must place a new order.

* if free delivery is included in the order, LIK sp. z o.o. will reduce the invoice correction by the actual logistics costs incurred when shipping the original order.








If you receive defective products, you can file a complaint about them. For this purpose, please inform us about the situation by phone or e-mail. When contacting us, please provide the number of products complained about and a description of the problem (photos). Then, prepare the products for shipment, provide the dimensions and weight of the package and indicate the shipment pickup address. Employee of LIK sp. z o. o. will order a courier to collect the defective packaging.

The package must be accompanied by a completed complaint form (downloadable here: Complaint form).

Complaints without a form will be considered negatively.

Your parcel will be sent to the complaints department if the complaint is accepted by LIK sp. z o.o. will propose an appropriate solution/compensation.

If the complaint is not accepted, the returned products will be sent back to the sender's address, and LIK sp. z o.o. will charge logistics costs for collecting and returning products for which the complaint has not been accepted.
