India Monsooned Malabar AA coffee 100g-1000g
Description
India Monsooned Malabar AA Coffee
This is one of the most unique varieties of Arabica in the world. At a time when coffee was just beginning to spread around the world, it was quickly cultivated on an industrial scale in India, and a lot of coffee from there was exported to Europe on sailing boats, which took several months and resulted in a change in taste and even color. In Europe, due to its uniqueness, this coffee has become very popular. And when the coffee began to lose its unique flavor due to the shorter transit time, the Indians decided to artificially recreate it by storing it for several months under the open sky and blown by the humid monsoon wind.
It is this monsoon processing that gives this coffee its extraordinary taste and almost completely removes its acidity.
The AA marking is given to the coarsest Arabica coffee beans, which are considered the most tasty and aromatic.
