Mexico SHG Chiapas coffee 100g-1000g
Description
Mexico SHG Chiapas Coffee
Mexico Chiapas comes from the Jaltenango region of Chiapas, southern Mexico, which borders Guatemala. Chiapas is considered one of the best coffee-producing regions in Mexico due to its climate: humid but warm, abundant rainfall keeps the volcanic soil moist, which is ideal for growing coffee.
Most production is washed Arabica. Together with its neighbors - Guatemala and Honduras - Mexico produces as much washed Arabica as the world's largest producer - Colombia.
SHG - short for Strictly High Grown - means coffee from plantations located at least 1,500 meters above sea level. Such grains must be flat, shiny and blue-green
